Pulsarlube Products
Pulsarlube M Series
The Pulsarlube M automatic grease lubricator has been developed to compensate the performance of the gas-type automatic grease lubricator, which has been used widely. This product has combined the vertical self-priming pump mechanism and microprocessor control system, and it can be used mainly in case of considerable back pressure from the bearings, when precise lubrication is needed, and when a disposable lubricator is not economical.
Pulsarlube Mi Series
The Pulsarlube Mi automatic grease lubricator is innovatively designed to detect the operation of industrial rotational machinery by using a piezoelectric vibration sensor. This piezoelectric sensor is composed of a ceramic strain transducer attached to a metallic proof mass in order to respond to an externally imposed acceleration. The Pulsarlube Mi periodically checks the operating status of the machinery to which it is attached to.
As the Pulsarlube Mi receives a vibration signal from the machinery, the unit will dispense an adequate amount of fresh lubricant in line with the operation of machinery. If there is no vibration signal detected, the unit will automatically go into standby mode to avoid the problems involving over-lubrication.
PulsarLube V Series
The Pulsarlube V gas-type automatic grease lubricator is a mode-integrated product designed to help users set the dispensing rate much more easily by adopting the microprocessor and LCD and to minimize the stock burden.
Pulsarlube S Series
Pulsarlube S has a spring at the bottom of the lubricator; this pushes grease upward into the lubricator’s grease intake orifice through the slide valve, and then down the guide sleeve. Thus, even if oil separation occurs, oil will stay inside the chamber instead of leaking. This keeps grease from hardening.
