Maintenance Contracts
Howard Marten Fluid Technologies Inc’s Lube-Assure, Spray-Assure, and Powder-Assure services are a cost-effective maintenance service program designed to keep your lubrication systems, spray systems, and powder coating systems working reliably to ensure your valuable production equipment is properly protected. Lube-Assure, Spray-Assure, and Powder-Assure are much more than a maintenance service for your various systems, we can help identify possible upgrades or cost-saving equipment changes to boost production and keep maintenance costs low.
These Maintenance Service Contracts are designed to provide you with the proper scheduled maintenance and the up to date equipment information that you need to ensure your lube systems are working reliably and providing you with the maximum return on investment.
With the Lube-Assure, Spray-Assure, and Powder-Assure services, you will be eligible for our “Front Of The Line” service program if you have a breakdown in between regularly scheduled maintenance visits.
Through these services, you can get a quote for schedule training sessions with qualified technicians on any lubrication equipment that you may have. Start-up training, general maintenance, tear down & repair training is available on-site or in-house for your maintenance crew. Having your staff properly trained on your equipment will save you from downtime and avoid costly breakdown repairs. These services can also provide a quote for up-to-date manuals for your equipment to give you the most current drawings, parts breakdowns and most importantly, part numbers provided in a binder or electronically. We can also include a list of critical spare parts that we suggest you have on hand to avoid lengthy downtimes.
Lube-Assure
Lubrication System Maintenance Service.
- Initial system evaluation and inspection by a qualified technician at customers facility or at local Howard Marten Fluid Technologies branch.
- Confirm system is operating within manufacturers specification.
- Inspect pumps, lines, reservoir, etc.
- Perform minor adjustments while on site (loose fittings, check filters, check pressure settings).
- Detailed report generated listing all equipment on-site
- Make, model, and condition.
- List obsolete and critical equipment.
- Available in a hard and soft copy.
- List recommendations for equipment upgrades.
- A quotation for updated manuals & documentation can be provided for current equipment.
- A quotation for recommended critical spare parts that should be added to inventory can be provided.
- A quotation for a suggested maintenance plan with options, rates, and schedules will be provided.
Spray-Assure
Spray System Maintenance Service.
- Initial system evaluation and inspection by a qualified technician at customers facility or at local Howard Marten Fluid Technologies branch.

- Inspect spray hoses, lines, pumps, guns, etc.
- Perform minor adjustments while on site (loose fittings, check filters, check guns).
